Great breakfast & dinner options, friendly staff, good location. The breakfast and dinner options were varied and tasty, with plenty of choices for everyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to many attractions, making it easy to get around. Another advantage was the smooth check-in and check-out process.

Room cleanliness needs improvement, limited amenities. Unfortunately, the room wasn't as clean as expected, with some dirt and dust in certain areas.

I had a fantastic stay here! The hotel was spotlessly clean, from the reception area to the outdoor pool. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of outdoor bars to enjoy a drink and relax. The location was great too, with easy access to other water parks in the area and the newly developed part of the city.

We enjoyed this hotel's stuff and rooms. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Belek Golf district. Easy to get to Asklepion Spa & Thalasso. Do n't forget to visit nearby La Patisserie, they have best coffee ever.

The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, with luxurious bathrooms and great showers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the animation team to the bars and restaurants.- The staff, especially those in the spa and guest relations, were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

The reception staff lacked customer service skills and were not helpful when we requested a room change. The food was a major disappointment, with limited options and a lack of hygiene in the buffet area.

Visiting this hotel is like entering a world of luxury and opulence. From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered by the attentive staff. The beautifully designed garden area and the exclusive amenities offered at the spa centre made my stay even more special. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean, and the beach access was very convenient. My room was comfortable, with exclusive advantages like a private terrace and modern facilities. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided exceptional cuisine and cocktails, while the buffet breakfast left nothing to be desired. The entertainment team offered many activities that were not only fun, but also enriching. my experience at this hotel was exceptional.

The only minor issue I encountered was the sauna that needs updating. However, this did not detract from my enjoyable experience here.
